2. Order Process and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will only be formed when we dispatch the products to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are additional and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

We make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using one of the payment methods available on our website. All payments are processed securely.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally, subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeframe specified.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you are not available to accept delivery, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions. If the products are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional charges.

5. Right to Cancel and Returns

5.1 Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at office@ameliafashion.co.uk

5.2 Returns Procedure

If you cancel your order, you must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the products are faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

5.3 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

5.4 Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to products that have been personalised or made to your specifications, unsealed items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or items that are sealed and were unsealed after delivery.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions. If products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at office@ameliafashion.co.uk with details and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Amelia Fashion or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
