We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please find below all the information you need about our delivery and shipping services.

1. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service takes

6-14 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within England.

This timeframe includes:

• Processing time: 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday)

• Transit time: 4-11 working days (Monday - Sunday)

Please note: These timeframes are estimates based on customer location. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your specific address, carrier schedules, and local conditions. Working days exclude public holidays.

Peak Periods

During peak shopping periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and sale events), delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. We will notify you of any expected delays during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Area

England (United Kingdom) Only

We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within England, United Kingdom. We do not ship to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, or any international destinations at this time.

Please note: Deliveries to remote areas may require additional delivery time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

3. Order Acceptance Deadline

To ensure your order is processed on the same day, orders must be placed by

2:00 PM (GMT+0) on working days (Monday - Friday).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Acceptance Window

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website. However, the

final acceptance deadline for processing is 11:00 PM (GMT+0). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next available working day.

4. Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery Cost

Our standard delivery charge is

£2.99 for all orders to addresses within England.

Free Delivery

We offer

FREE delivery on all orders over £50.00. The free delivery threshold is based on your order subtotal before any discounts are applied.

The exact delivery cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this email does not mean your order has been dispatched, it simply confirms we have received your order details.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within

2-3 working days (Monday - Friday). During peak periods or sale events, processing times may be extended. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch Confirmation

When your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing:

• Confirmation that your order has been dispatched

• Tracking information (where available)

• Estimated delivery timeframe

• Details of items included in the dispatch

6. Tracking Your Order

All of our deliveries include tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel's progress through the “Track your Order” Site on our website.

Please note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after dispatch. If you cannot track your order after this time, please contact our customer service team.

To track your order, you can:

• Click the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email

• Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number

• Contact our customer service team for assistance

7. Delivery Process

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt to deliver your parcel to the address you provided during checkout. If you are not available to receive the delivery:

• The courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery

• You may be able to collect your parcel from a local depot or collection point

• The courier may attempt delivery again on the next working day

Safe Place Delivery

Some carriers offer the option to leave your parcel in a safe place (such as a porch or with a neighbour) if you're not home. You may be able to specify delivery preferences through the carrier's tracking system.

Signature Required

For security reasons, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel if this is the case.

8. Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, or if the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to us.

In the event of a failed delivery:

• We will contact you to arrange redelivery

• Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery

• If the address was incorrect due to customer error, redelivery costs will be charged to the customer

Please ensure: Your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. Include any necessary details such as flat numbers, building names, or access codes.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

• Check the contents immediately

• Take photographs of the damaged packaging and any damaged items

• Contact us within 48 hours at office@ameliafashion.co.uk

• Provide your order number, photographs, and a description of the damage

We will investigate the matter and, if the damage occurred during transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us at office@ameliafashion.co.uk with your order number and tracking information.

We will:

• Investigate with the courier

• Allow reasonable time for the parcel to be located (typically 7-10 working days)

• If the parcel cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or full refund

10. Changing Your Delivery Address

Before Dispatch

If you need to change your delivery address before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at office@ameliafashion.co.uk with your order number and the new address.

We will update your delivery address if the order has not yet been processed. Please note that we cannot guarantee address changes during peak periods or if the order is already being processed.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. You may be able to contact the courier directly using your tracking information to arrange redirection, subject to the courier's terms and any applicable fees.

11. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate packages if:

• Items are stored in different warehouses

• Some items are in stock and others are on backorder

• Items require different shipping methods

In such cases, you will receive separate dispatch confirmation emails for each package, and deliveries may arrive on different days. You will not be charged additional delivery fees for split shipments.

12. Pre-Orders and Out of Stock Items

Pre-Order Items

Some items may be available for pre-order before they are officially released. Pre-order items will be clearly marked with an expected dispatch date. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the item becomes available.

Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes out of stock after you have placed your order, we will contact you to discuss the following options:

• Wait for the item to be restocked (we will provide an estimated restock date)

• Choose an alternative item

• Cancel the item and receive a full refund

13. Delivery to Business Addresses

We can deliver to business addresses within England. Please ensure you provide:

• Full company name

• Building or office number

• Contact telephone number

• Any specific delivery instructions (e.g., reception, mailroom)

Please note that deliveries to business addresses are typically made during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
