3. Credit & Debit Card Payments
Card Requirements
When paying by credit or debit card, please ensure:

• The billing address you provide matches the address registered with your card issuer
• You enter the correct CVV/CVC security code
3D Secure Authentication
For your security, many card payments require 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, or American Express SafeKey). You may be redirected to your card issuer's website to complete additional verification, which may include:
• Entering a password or PIN

Payment Authorisation
When you place an order, we may place a temporary authorisation hold on your card for the order amount. This hold will be converted to a full charge once your order is dispatched. If your order is cancelled, the hold will be released, typically within 3-7 working days depending on your card issuer.
4. Digital Wallet Payments
Apple Pay
Apple Pay provides a quick and secure way to pay using your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac. To use Apple Pay:
• Your device must support Apple Pay
• You must have a valid payment card added to your Apple Wallet
• Authentication is required using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode
Google Pay

Security
Digital wallet payments use tokenisation technology, which means your actual card details are never shared with us. Instead, a unique encrypted token is used for each transaction, providing enhanced security.
5. PayPal
PayPal is a secure online payment service that allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.
How to Pay with PayPal
1. Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in
3. Review and confirm your payment details
4. Complete the payment and you will be returned to our website
Requirements
• You must have a valid PayPal account
• Sufficient funds or a linked payment method must be available
• You must be logged in to your PayPal account to complete the transaction
PayPal Buyer Protection

6. Klarna - Buy Now, Pay Later
Klarna offers flexible payment options that allow you to shop now and pay later. Subject to eligibility, you can choose from various payment plans.
Available Klarna Options
Pay in 3: Split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments. The first payment is taken when you place your order, with the remaining two payments taken every 30 days.
Pay in 30 Days: Try before you buy. Pay for your order 30 days after it's been dispatched, giving you time to receive and assess your purchase.
Financing Options: For larger purchases, financing options may be available. Interest may apply. Terms and conditions apply.
Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be a UK resident
• A valid UK bank account and debit/credit card are required
• Klarna will perform a soft credit check to assess eligibility
How to Use Klarna
1. Select Klarna at checkout
2. Enter your details and choose your preferred payment plan
3. Complete the instant approval process
4. If approved, your order will be confirmed immediately
Important Information
Klarna is a licensed credit provider. Failure to make payments on time may affect your credit score and result in additional fees. For full terms and conditions, please visit Klarna's website or the Klarna app.
Returns and refunds made via Klarna will be processed according to Klarna's terms. If you return items, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly.
7. Bank Transfer (UK Faster Payments)
You can pay for your order via UK Bank Transfer using the Faster Payments service. This method is suitable for customers who prefer to pay directly from their bank account.
How to Pay by Bank Transfer
1. Select Bank Transfer as your payment method at checkout
2. You will receive an order confirmation email with our bank details and a unique payment reference
3. Log in to your online banking or visit your bank
4. Make a payment to our account using the provided details
5. Include your unique payment reference to ensure your payment is matched to your order
Processing Time
UK Faster Payments typically arrive within a few hours during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Payments made outside banking hours or on weekends may take longer to process.
Your order will be processed once we receive payment confirmation. Please allow 1-2 working days for payment verification before your order is dispatched.
Important Notes
• You must complete payment within 7 days of placing your order
• Orders not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled
• Always include your unique payment reference
• Bank transfer fees (if any) are the customer's responsibility

9. Failed or Declined Payments

10. Currency and Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in GBP.
Foreign Transaction Fees
If you are paying with a card issued outside the UK, your bank may charge foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees. These fees are charged by your bank and are not controlled by us. Please check with your card issuer for details.
11. Refunds

12. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, this may delay resolution and could result in your account being suspended. We may also be unable to process returns or refunds while a chargeback is being investigated.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment issues before pursuing a chargeback.
13. Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent transactions, we may:
